many exciting sports leagues!  We are currently hiring umpires, referees, scorekeepers, and league coordinators.

League Coordinators
Job Description:
League Coordinators help check in teams on opening day, monitor the league during the season, and close out the league
during playoffs.  League coordinators work on site during the leagues and must also have email access. Applicants must
possess great interpersonal skills while being EXTREMELY organized, reliable, responsible and available on weeknights
and some weekends. $10/hr

Qualifications:
Applicants must be energetic, professional, and reliable
Applicants must be 21+ years of age
Applicants must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and provide their own transportation to marketing events.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities:
Engage actively and respectfully with customers
Speak openly and honestly about SoCo Sports to ensure customers and potential participants understand our mission
and objectives
Check in teams, obtain waiver signatures, pass out jerseys, take team photos
Stay active, productive, sober, and on topic at all times
Represent SoCo Sports by maintaining class, professionalism, and quality!

Umpires, Referees, Scorekeepers!
Job Description:
SoCo Sports is looking for knowledgeable umpires and referees with RECENT EXPERIENCE to monitor and facilitate our
recreational sports leagues, including but not limited to basketball, flag football, kickball, soccer, softball, and volleyball.
Umpire/Referee certification is a plus but is not required.  Applicants must possess great interpersonal skills while being
extremely organized, reliable, and available some weeknights and weekends for 1 to 4 hours at a time.  Hourly pay
varies based on sport and level but typically umpires and referees can earn up to $20 per game and scorekeepers can
earn roughly $10 per g
ame.  Contractors are responsible to provide their own equipment and uniforms.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be organized, professional, and reliable
Applicants must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and provide their own transportation to games and events
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Applicants must have great knowledge of the sport and/or previous experience as an umpire, referee, or scorekeeper

Responsibilities:
Always show up on time and in good health to referee, umpire, or score each game
Ensure league games run on time and smoothly throughout the season
Facilitate and promote sportsmanship and fun
Manage and mediate any and all issues between players, coaches, and facility staff
Ensure facilities are maintained and left exactly the way they were found
Report and escalate and issues regarding players, teams, or facilities to SoCo Sports management
